How to request deletion of Naya Growth, Meta, WhatsApp, lead, workspace, and account data.

Data deletion instructions
To request deletion of data stored by Naya Growth, email hello@nayagrowth.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include your name, work email, company name, Naya Growth workspace or project name, Meta Business Account or WhatsApp Business Account name if known, the data you want deleted, and proof that you are authorized to request deletion for the relevant business workspace.
Remove Naya Growth from your Meta account
To revoke future access from Meta: open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, open Settings, open Apps and Websites, find Naya Growth, and remove the app or revoke access.
What data may be deleted
Deletion may cover account profile data, lead or contact records, WhatsApp or Meta connection records, integration credentials, workspace data, and support records where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
What data may be retained
We may retain billing records, tax records, security logs, audit logs, fraud prevention records, dispute records, legal records, anonymized analytics, and information required to preserve platform integrity or comply with law.
Business workspace deletion
Workspace deletion requests require authority verification because workspaces can contain business data owned by a company, not only one individual user.
WhatsApp and Meta connection deletion
You can ask us to disconnect WhatsApp or Meta assets, remove stored identifiers, disable messaging automation, revoke stored credentials, and stop future webhook processing for a workspace where you have authority.
Processing timeline and status
We acknowledge deletion requests as soon as practical, verify authority, review legal and operational constraints, then complete or explain the outcome. Complex business workspace requests may take longer than simple website enquiry deletion.
