LinkedIn Lead Gen Terms & Conditions

Naya Growth Private Limited (“Naya Growth”, “we”, or “us”) provides lead-to-revenue operational infrastructure, including connecting third-party advertising surfaces to automated databases, CRMs, and outreach workflows.

These LinkedIn Lead Gen Terms & Conditions (“LinkedIn Terms”) govern the setup, capture, and transmission of customer data collected via **LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms** and processed through Naya Growth’s proprietary systems (including but not limited to the LeadDesk, intake APIs, and communication nodes).

2.Division of Roles (Processor vs. Controller)

Under applicable data protection laws, Naya Growth operates strictly as a **Data Processor** with respect to any lead data extracted from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms on behalf of our clients.

The client business running the advertisements and owning the respective LinkedIn Campaign Manager account operates as the **Data Controller**. The client retains full ownership of, and legal responsibility for, the lead records, consent verifications, and compliance criteria.

3.Consent & Lead Authorization

To maintain a safe, spam-compliant, and professional operational environment, the client covenants and warrants the following:

• Mandatory Consent Disclosures: Every LinkedIn Lead Gen Form connected to Naya Growth must contain explicit, clear privacy disclaimers and opt-in checkboxes informing leads exactly how their data will be processed.
• Outreach Clearance: Clients must not trigger automated WhatsApp, SMS, or email follow-ups through Naya Growth unless the corresponding LinkedIn Lead Gen Form explicitly notified the user that they would receive communication on that channel.
• No Incentivized Spoofing: Lead data collected through deceptive, misleading, or excessively incentivized forms is strictly prohibited.

4.Data Flow, Webhooks, & Transmission Security

When you integrate LinkedIn Ads Lead Gen Forms with Naya Growth:

• Capture: Lead submissions are collected in real-time using LinkedIn Graph APIs or secure OAuth2 webhook endpoints.
• Encryption: All data is transmitted securely in transit using standard TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Processing: Data is parsed, validated, tagged with campaign/ad group metadata, and securely routed to your Naya Growth client database.

5.Retention & Deletion Guidelines

Consistent with the **LinkedIn Marketing Platform Terms**, lead records should not be held indefinitely on intermediate processing nodes:

Naya Growth maintains a strict **90-day retention cache** for raw LinkedIn API snapshots, after which raw response payloads are purged from temporary integration queues, leaving only the processed records in the client's dedicated database.

Opt-out requests, STOP replies, or direct deletion requests received by Naya Growth will be synced and respected, with data deletion handled according to our standard Data Deletion Instructions.

6.Independent Status & Platform Disclaimers

Naya Growth is an independent software and systems builder. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Microsoft Corporation or LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn API availability, rate limits, OAuth permissions, and advertisement delivery are governed exclusively by LinkedIn’s developer terms and service availability.
