Who we are
Naya Growth Private Limited is a growth infrastructure company based in India. We operate nayagrowth.com, app.nayagrowth.com, api.nayagrowth.com, and related client workspaces.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers visitors to nayagrowth.com, users of app.nayagrowth.com, client workspaces, lead capture systems, communication workflows, billing workflows, and connected platform integrations operated through Naya Growth.
Data we collect from website visitors
When you submit a website form, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, website URL, service interests, package interest, budget range, timeline, message, source page, campaign parameters, click IDs, and consent choices.
We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, referrer, page URLs, and basic analytics events used to understand site performance and improve conversion flows.
Data we collect from app users and client workspaces
Inside app.nayagrowth.com, we process workspace account information, project details, client contacts, role and access settings, lead records, assignment history, activity logs, billing profile information, invoice and receipt references, support requests, and operational configuration.
Workspace access is role-based. Some operator tools are available only to authorized Naya Growth team members for setup, support, diagnostics, and compliance handling.
Meta Platform Data and WhatsApp Business Platform data
When a client business connects Meta, Facebook Login for Business, Embedded Signup, or WhatsApp Business Platform to Naya Growth, we may process Meta Platform Data and WhatsApp Business Platform data required to provide the service.
This may include Meta business identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, display phone numbers, message template names, template languages, template categories, approval statuses, webhook events, WhatsApp message IDs, delivery, read, and failed statuses, inbound replies, contact phone numbers, opt-out events, setup status, diagnostic logs, and integration audit records.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising targeting. We do not use client WhatsApp data for unrelated profiling. We do not share client lead data with third parties for their own marketing.
Lead, contact, and conversation data
Client workspaces may contain lead submissions, contact identities, source attribution, consent records, communication readiness, WhatsApp replies, email or phone follow-up notes, owner assignments, SLA status, and revenue-stage information.
Client businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the required consent, lawful basis, and authority to contact their leads, customers, prospects, or users through WhatsApp, email, phone, or any other channel operated through Naya Growth.
Payment, billing, and commercial data
We process billing contact details, company legal information, GST or tax information where provided, package selections, invoice references, payment intent status, receipt references, provider transaction identifiers, payment failure reasons, and commercial support history.
Payment processing is handled through approved payment providers. Naya Growth does not store full card details.
Technical, analytics, and security data
We collect logs, request metadata, event timestamps, error details, integration health checks, webhook verification status, audit records, and limited analytics data needed to operate and secure the platform.
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 on the public website and product telemetry inside the app where appropriate.
How we use data
We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver client work, operate lead intake and LeadDesk workflows, route submissions, send notifications, provide WhatsApp and email follow-up, support billing, secure accounts, troubleshoot integrations, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and support platform review requirements.
WhatsApp automation and opt-out handling
Naya Growth supports safe WhatsApp operation modes including manual handling, test mode, allowlist-only mode, dry run mode, and live production mode. The system may process STOP or opt-out replies and can block or pause messages where consent, provider health, account quality, or safety checks require it.
Service providers and subprocessors
We may use providers such as hosting infrastructure, database infrastructure, Google Analytics 4, Resend, Notion, Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform, Cashfree, Google Workspace, and related operational tools. A public subprocessor list is available at /subprocessors.
International processing
Data may be processed in India and in other locations where our infrastructure, subprocessors, or connected platforms operate. We use reasonable safeguards for service delivery and security.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, maintain client workspaces, comply with finance and legal obligations, preserve audit logs, resolve disputes, and protect platform integrity. Retention periods vary by data category and client relationship.
Data deletion and access requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or review by emailing hello@nayagrowth.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, finance, fraud prevention, security, audit, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.

Security measures
Naya Growth uses role-based access controls, restricted operator workflows, audit logs, environment separation, webhook signature checks, and secret-management controls where applicable. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to reduce access and automation risk.
Children's data
Naya Growth is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
