Role overview
Create website layouts that are usable, responsive, visually clean, and ready for frontend implementation inside a real production workflow.
What you will work on
- Create wireframes, page layouts, responsive states, and component-ready UI sections.
- Use Figma or similar tools to organize design decisions clearly.
- Revise designs based on production feedback, content constraints, and mobile usability.
What helps you succeed
- Has Figma, portfolio, landing page, app screen, or redesign proof.
- Understands spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, and simple user flows.
- Can explain design choices without relying only on visual taste.
- Can commit to 8 weeks and respond seriously to feedback.
- Can explain own work and use AI honestly without hiding behind it.
Selection test structure
- Selection test: redesign a business website homepage for desktop and mobile.
- Submit Figma/prototype link, section rationale, mobile decisions, and handoff notes.
Proof-first review
Applications are reviewed on clear work samples, answers, and role fit.
8-week residency
The program is designed around learning inside a real production system.
