Help the Naya Growth website production system turn messy client and internal inputs into clear tasks, deadlines, updates, and launch checklists.

What you will work on

  • Maintain project trackers, task owners, deadlines, and status updates.
  • Follow up with internal teammates and clients on missing assets or delayed decisions.
  • Prepare clear launch checklists, review checkpoints, and founder-ready updates.

What helps you succeed

  • Can organize messy information into a usable task flow.
  • Writes clear follow-up messages without sounding rude or vague.
  • Comfortable using trackers, docs, and strict production processes.
  • Can commit to 8 weeks and respond seriously to feedback.
  • Can explain own work and use AI honestly without hiding behind it.

Selection test structure

  • Selection test: create a 14-day production plan for a 5-page website.
  • Submit stages, task owners, deadlines, asset checklist, risks, follow-up messages, and launch checklist.

Proof-first review
